Samuel Rozsnyoi ex; everywhere chef, will be smashing out Spanish inspired snacks for two nights! Think baccala stuffed and fried perello olives, mussel escabeche on toast, and pork rilette! Just to name a few.. Alongside the food, we’ll be pouring a curated selection of wines, plus a handful of Iberian-inspired cocktails.
